Ok. So this bit has not really been thought out as yet...but keep checking back for exactly how we will choose a winner...and of course what the PRIZE will be...a bacon crown, a crackling tiara or perhaps a pulled pork beard??


At the moment I am gonna look for a restaurant that will let us cook our creations (pre-prepared) and taste them in their private Pork room. If you know anyone who would be willing to host such a prestigious affair then do let us know at pork@garlicconfit.com
